Rach and Matt are both from the Isle of Man where apparently everyone know each other. It was NYE when Rachel spotted a handsome man at the bar. She bravely went to chat with him and ended up inviting him to a NYE party that ended up with a kiss!
Rachel was soon leaving the Isle of Man to move to Manchester so it took another 3 years before these two started dating properly. Still living in different cities, Rachel made plans to go traveling and Matt decided to join her for a couple of weeks, which turned into a few months and then into a whole 6 months.
Rach and Matt both love mountain biking. Few years later at Xmas they both went on a bike ride and Matt insisted they finish the ride on a beach practising wheelies. After Rach’s second attempt she landed right in front of Matt and he got on one knee and asked her to marry him. Covered in mud, sand and soaking wet…..perfect!
Rach and Matt picked the West Mill Wedding venue as it suited their style and vibe: beautiful spacious and industrial looking. Rach and Matt wanted to have a great relaxed wedding with everyone having a good time and it was just that: perfect laid back day, where everyone had a good time.
