If you know me personally or follow me on insta, you will know how much I love nature, walks and the hills of the Peak District.
You can imagine how excited I got when I heard that Rosie and Griff wanted to have their post wedding shoot ( often referred to as ‘trash the dress’) in the Peaks! As a wedding photographer in Nottingham, the Peaks are only 1h away so it’s an easy and accessible stunning location for wedding portraits!
Rosie and Griff got married in December last year and hardly got any daytime pictures due to short days that time of year – so this is was a great idea!
Photographing couples at beautiful locations is my dream come true and I love how relaxed and pressure free these shoots are ( similar to elopements) !
I picked Curbar Edge as it is a great spot and easy accessible location and so off we went!
Rosie was totally rocking this shoot, despite the strong wind and cold February weather – we had a laugh – check out her Dr. Martens boots and red lips! Cool bride, running up that hill – I mean what more can I wish for??? This was perfect – thank you Rosie and Griff.
